today was the third day of working at dian xiao er....i'm lyk this job day by day...learn new things eg- take order, communicate wif costumers, being a cashier and handle different kinds of costumers...u realli have to be independent and mature enough to be a waiter cos there will be times when the costumers are quite unreasonable, well, u just have to put tat aside and dun make the same mistakes next time....i was lyk, so nervous and afriad on the first day of my work, cos i scare i cant communicate well wif the other workers there and i scare when i did sth wrong, my boss will scold, thigns lyk tat...but, i was wrong! hahaz...they were soooooooo friendly and we r just lyk one big family! the boss, the bosslady and the manger.....the three of them even sweep the floor themselves or even help out in the kitchen! omg la! they encourage the workers and they were also our "counsellor" hahaz....isnt them great!? hahaz....well, i can onli sae tat i m verli verli sactisfied wif my work now n got time, pls visit the chinese restaurant called" dian xiao er"......hehez
today went to douby ghaut and harbour front to look for a job....the first interview we went was lyk....ppl queueing up to buy hello kitty lyk tat....hahaz.... so many ppl la! we filled in the form then decided not to waste our time waiting for the interview....hahaz.....so we went to harbour front vivocity to see see lor....then i rmb i saw the ad in the newspaper abt being a waitress in the chinese restaurant "Dian Xiao Er" at vivocity....we went to the restaurant and filled in the form and had our interview.....the manager told us tat we have to work 6 days in one week then our pay will be $5.50 if we work over 100 hours in a mth.... then the manager said tat he will called us at 530 to tell us the actual details(the time i fill in the form was ard 4)....then we go walk walk for a while ard harbour front center...finally the time was 530...the manager didnt call us, but we called him...unfortunately, he told us tat he onli can hire mi and not jt and wx....haiz...i super sad la! tot of working wif my frenz....then now..............argh!!!!!!!!!!!!!! haiz........*sob*
haiz....now almost everyday go out, still cant find a suitable job....sianz....most of my frenz are working now le, y m i still on the same track? argh!!! tik i shld move on le....i had view the straits times newspaper(classified), saw alot of restaurants and cafes finding ppl to work, but verli few of it is willing to employ a student....the newspaper onli states the requirement and wat r we goin to do but they nv sae how much and how long...dunno whether to call them to ask or walk into the shop and ask......haiz....most of the jobs wanted the person to sent their resume and photograph to their emails,without giving ani contact numbers of their comapany then how m i goin to ask them the other informations which is not stated in the newspaper? haiz.....so troublesome la!!!
yesterday went to watch rob-b-hood wif jt and wx...tik i gonna give tat show 4/5.... hahaz...initially we r goin to vivocity to watch de, but in the end, the person said full house le, so we change the venue to plaza sing....when i was entering the theatre, hark music cafe de staff called mi...they ask mi whether i wan to join the "singer of the week" or not...this program is actually organised for winners who had participated in their monthly singing contest....the winners will have a chance to open their own mini-concert for tat week....the person-in-charged ask mi to send 8 songs to them and they will choose 5 songs for mi to sing on tat nite...my performance date will be on 15 dec from 10.00 to 11.00...i was lyk so nervous n dunno wat songs to choose...hahaz...headache!!
ahhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!whooooooohoooooooo..............!!!!!!!!!!!! hahaz..........FINALLY!!!!!! N-LEVEL end le!!!!!!!!!!! hohohohohohoho..........can enjoy le!!!!!! no more stress and books le!!!!!!!!!! hahaz..........super relax and happi!!!!!!! next, is to wait for my results to be out during dec...the first thing tml is go out!!! hahaz...goin to vivocity to watch rob-b-hood... hmm...tik i gonna apply for a job too but dunno work as wat leh....i feel lyk trying out waitress or maybe a salesgirl? hahaz...i just wan a job which needs mi to run ard. i dun lyk to sit at one place for whole day and do nth...hahaz...*NO OFFICE JOBS FOR MI* hehez....aniway, tik i will enjoy first then find a job ba... ^^
wo ho!!!! hahaz.....finally today is my last third N-level paper le...hahaz...kinda relieved now but still have to prepare for my a maths and e maths....after a longggggggg struggle for my sci and geog, finally i can put those sub which need to memories ones down le....hahaz.....no need to study lyk hell(for the time being...haiz....) i tik my sci and eng is easier than my prelims...hahaz... but geog....hmm...no confidence.......but still hope to get good grades la....weeee~! goin to celebrate lantern festival this coming fri...we gonna play lantern!!!!!!! hehehez......... cant wait for tat day to come...
